Custom Truck and Car Club By-laws

1. No funds shall be offered or collected that is related to the club, unless it is to benefit the club, and matters such as this will be discussed and voted on.

2. Anyone is eligible to join the club, as long as you are capable of getting along with the other members and have a nice ride. To be voted into the club, you must make it known that you wish to join, or be nominated by another club member. The voting procedure is as follows:
I. Attend a meeting to have your vehicle looked at by the club members.
II. After the members have overlooked your vehicle you will be asked to come to the next meeting 30 minutes late.
III. During the next meeting the members will vote on your membership. When you arrive at the designated time, the club president will give you their decision.

3. If you are voted in, your vehicle will be inspected by the counsel. They will decide whether or not to allow a club logo on your vehicle. If you do not have an adequate amount of modifications, you will be allowed a three-month period to obtain them. Afterward the club will decide on whether to ask the member to leave the club or to allow the member more time to get the modifications.

Modifications that apply will be looked over by council and club, they include:
I. Body Modifications: Shaved Items, molded items, body kits, etc. This does not include vent visors, head/tail light covers, or stickers.
II. Suspension Modifications: Airride, hydros, coilovers, drop kits, etc. Overall thisincludes any modification used to raise or lower your car.
III. Interior Modifications: This includes paint, tweed, TVs or other visual items. This does not include stereos, no matter how unique
IV. Other Modifications: If a member believes he/she has a modification not listed, the club will decide whether or not to acknowledge it as a valid modification.

5. After joining the club you are required to come to ALL meetings. If you are unable to come, it is advised that you call or tell another club member. If you miss three meetings in a row you will be asked to attend the next meeting. If you are absent again, the club will decide whether or not to remove you from the club. If any member STOPS TRYING to modify their vehicle between the "stock" and "show worthy" stages, and this has caught attention of fellow members, it will be discussed with the President, council, and all other members about what to do to fix this problem. Don’t think that just because you have approval to sport a logo that your ride is finished, keep at it and don’t stop the modifications!

6. There will be no personal/money issues brought up at a club meeting or gathering; all personal/money issues are to be dealt with outside of the club. If it is a money issue, and is received from shows, functions, etc. TO THE CLUB AS A WHOLE, then the President will receive the money and its usage will be discussed at the next club meeting.

7. The office of President and council are used to deal with certain choices of the club. If any offices are abused the members of the club will impeach the officers if necessary.

8. Drug and alcohol usage at any club-related event WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. If you’re not sure if it would suit the location, ask a council member or the president about it. (Check before you wreck)
